Vertical Sump Slurry Pump
ZP(R) Series Vertical Sewage Spindle Pit Slurry Pump
Capacity range: 17-1300 m3/h
Head range: 4- 40m
Speed range: 350-2200rpm
Power range: 15-200kw
ZP Vertical Submerged Slurry Pumps are immersed in the liquid for sump applications.
The wet parts is made form high chrome iron or natural rubber, and are used for pumping highly abrasive slurries with large particle sizes.
Features
1. Cantilever design without submerged bearings or shaft seals;
2. Wet parts are available in A05 high chrome alloys and elastomers (rubber);
3. The screened inlets and large impeller passages reduce the risk of blockages
4. Available in a prefabricated conical sump with quick clean facilities;
5. Replaceable strainers allows for easy maintenance;
6. Simple installation and easy maintenance.
7. Anti-wear, anti-corrosion, which let the pumps service more longer;
8. No priming required.
