ZJQ Submersible Sand Slurry Pump

ZJQ Submersible Slurry Pumps can be supplied with electric or hydraulic drives. The pumps can be supplied with a centrally driven agitator or with hydraulically driven cutter heads. The wet end parts are high chrome iron. These are the ideal pumps for highly abrasive applications in the maintenance and contracting industries.

Features

1. The pump bottom is arranged with the agitator, and the bilateral and multilateral separate agitator can be arranged, which can prevent pump blockage by the bulky fixed substance, so as to fully mix the solid with liquid, and facilitate handling.

2. The pump casing, impeller, suction plate, stirring impeller and other wet parts are made of high chrome alloy. Other materials can be customized;

3. Durable, main wear parts made from anti-wear 27% chrome alloy material, hardness can be over 60HRC;

4. The unique sealing device is adopted, so as to avoid frequent replacement of mechanical seal,and improve the working efficiency;

5. Various driven type, you can choose power by hydraulic or electric power;

6. Electric submersible sand pump optional water jet system and extra stirs to increase sand production;

7. Hydraulic submersible sand pump can be used with excavators and can be optionally equipped with a hydraulic power station to solve the power inconvenience problem during construction in remote areas.
