ZHR series rubber liner slurry pumps have the features of replaceable corrosion-resistant rubber liners. They are ideal choice for conveying fine particles and corrosive slurries without sharp edge. A major advantage of the slurry pump is multi-optional materials, such as Natural rubber, Nitrile rubber, Polyurethane etc. This enable a pump to be constructed with the most appropriate materials specifically to meet the duty requirements. These wet parts can be mixed use for better performance, lower cost and longer lifetime.
This series of pump guarantees excellent performance including wear resistance, chemical resistance,waterproof and higher operating temperature range from -40-75.

Structure Features
A centrifugal heavy duty rubber liner corrosion resistance mineral slurry pumps is mainly composed of 3 parts:
1. The anti-corrosion wet parts: (Impeller,Throatbush,Frame plate liner, Cover plate liner) Thickened wet components for extended wear life.
2. Shaft seal parts: Sealing flexibility choice of gland sea, expeller seal or mechanical seals.
3. Bearing assembly parts
Expeller Seal Assy: Expeller seal is an impeller force of reversed centrifugal force preventing slurry leakage. Expeller seal can be on the single stage pump when the positive pressure of pump inlet is no more than 10% of pump outlet pressure or on the first-stage pump in the pump series.
Gland Seal Assy: Packing Seal is a general shaft seal.It applys to various pumping conditions, PTFE and Graphite materials of Packing can be used in high corrosive slurries or high temperature conditions.It has the advantages of simple structure and convenient maintenance. But need to add shaft seal water, and should ensure enough water pressure and water yield.
Mechanical Seal Assy: Mechanical Seal is advanced sealing technique without sealing leakage, integrating construction, convenient installation & replacement, various constructions suit for all kinds of conditions.
Bearing assembly advantage features:
1. A large diameter shaft with short overhang minimizes deflection and contributes to long bearing life.
2. Four through bolts are required to hold the cartridge type housing in the frame.
3. The removable cartridge-type bearing assembly facilitates easy on-site maintenance procedures.
4. Provided with hardened shaft sleeve to protect the shaft .
5. Grease purged piston rings to help seal contaminates out of bearing housing.
