The STS 10x10-30 MP high chrome alloy wear-resistant pump shell we produced has replaced the original Metso parts on 23rd, May 2024. It is known that the average service life of original Metso parts is 5-6 months. When installing our pump, the thickness of the pump shell's extreme wear-resistant area was tested to be 100mm. After three months of continuous sand extraction, the thickness was tested again on 28th, August, 2024, and it was 73mm. That is to say, the wear rate was only 30% after three months working. The average service life is estimated to exceed 9 months.
