ZN series high-efficiency dredge pump is a new single-stage, single suction, cantilever horizontal centrifugal dredge pump, especially suitable for dredging, filling and other operations in Rivers and Lakes, which fully meets the requirements of dredgers for pumps. The wet parts are made of 27% wear-resistant high chrome alloy, with high head, large flow, high efficiency, good NPSH and other advantages; Sustainable output of gravel, mud, etc. It is applicable to the fields of river dredging, old sand reclamation, and explosive sludge treatment in metal smelting.

Features
1. Cantilevered, horizontal, centrifugal, one stage, single casing pump;
2. High head, large capacity, high efficiency, good NPSH performance;
3. Long bearing life, the bearing assembly with large diameter shaft and short overhang;
4. Wear-resistant wet parts, the wet parts are made of Ni hard and high chromium abrasion resistant alloys. (more than 27% Chrome alloy);
5. The shaft seals can be gland seal or Lip seal;
6. The discharge branch can be positioned at interval of 45 degrees by request and oriented to any eight positions to suit installations and applications.
7. Front-disassembly design for easy disassembly& maintenance; According to the feature of each part, equip the specificity disassembly tools for disassembly.
8. The standard four-head trapezoidal thread is adopted to connect between the impeller and shaft. It both transfers strong torque and easy dis&assembly. Set an impeller release collar between the shaft and the labyrinth to aid disassemble the impeller conveniently.
Structure
Newly designed frame Advantages:
1. Optimize the impeller and pump casing through hydraulic analysis to increase overall efficiency. The thick wall of the pump body has been added to improve strength.
2. All wet parts are made of high chrome alloy (pump casing, impeller, throatbush, back plate), suitable for transferring high abrasive mortar.
3. The traditional double shell design has been changed to a single shell design to maintain the pressure bearing capacity of the pump, thereby better ensuring its performance and service life.
4. Light weight, good wear resistance, good dredging performance, it is very suitable for dredging applications.
