The Gravel pump range has been specifically designed to provide efficient continuous pumping of highly abrasive slurries containing large particles with low maintenance and ownership costs. Made from a wear resistant high chrome alloy, they provide enhanced wear resistance for the toughest applications, particularly dredging and gravel. Our sand pumps are designed to study wear points based on actual field use and to optimize thickening in the wear zone, further extending component life and achieving optimum cost effectiveness.

Sand pumps are designed for the continuous handling of the most difficult highly abrasive slurries that contain solids too large to be pumped by ordinary pumps. The single-case pump, attached to a cassette structure, has a wide wetted channel. The sand pump's overflow parts are made of high chromium wear-resistant alloy materials. The discharge direction of the pump can be orientated in any direction of 360 degrees. This type of pump has the advantages of easy installation and operation, good NPSH performance and low resistance.
